Instructions

1 Make the pancakes stirring the ingredients and obtaining a composition of the consistency of a thick sour cream. Using a ladle, take the composition, pour into the pan greased with a little oil and hot and fry on both sides.
2 For the filling stir the cheese with sugar, rum, raisins soaked in rum. Blend and get a frothy paste. Fill the pancakes with it then roll or fold it.
3 Eat them with some coarse chopped nuts and caramel spread at discretion.
