Dough

1 The dough is made by adding warm water over the flour, salt, oil and orange essence. The composition obtained must be kneaded. When the dough becomes sticky and easily molded, let it rest in a warm place about 30 minutes.

The filling

2 The peeled apples are coarse grated and then squeeze the juice. In a saucepan put oil and apples. Add sugar to taste, caster sugar with vanilla essence and cook to soften slightly. At the end, flavor with apple essence with cinnamon.

3 Divide the dough into two equal parts and stretch, thus getting two sheets. Place stuffed apple on each part, then pieces of nuts. Pack the sheets well to avoid leakage of the composition.

4 Grease two cake pans with butter or place baking paper. Each strudel is placed in the pan and pricked with a fork. The pans are inserted in a hot oven for about 50 min., until they are ripe. When ready, powdered with caster sugar and vanilla sugar.

600 gr flour
1 cup of mineral water
1 a pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of oil
orange essence
 
For the filling:
apples
sugar
2 -3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon caster sugar cu 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
apple with cinnamon essence
