Cake with forest fruits
Instructions
1 Place forest fruits in a sieve and powder them with 5-6 tablespoons of sugar. Put the mixture in a cold place for 2-3 hours. Stir butter (at room temperature) with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar; gradually add 1 egg yolk and 3-4 tablespoons of sugar. Add the forest fruits essence, a pinch of salt and then milk and baking powder mixed with flour.
2 The egg whites are whipped separately and mixed in the composition. Overturn the composition into a tray greased with butter and dusted with flour, or which has been prepared in advance with baking paper.
3 Bake at high heat (in a well pre heated oven) for 10-15 minutes, then the forest fruits are placed over the baking. Put the tray back into the oven for another 35-40 minutes. When ready, caster sugar can be added on the cake.

150 ml milk
1/2 sachet of baking powder
forest fruit essence
approx. 800 g of forest fruit
5-6 tablespoons of sugar (for fruits)
