Instructions

1 Defrost the berries, and in case fresh fruit are used, wash them under running cold water and leave them to drip.

2 For the dough, put flour, the egg, sugar, salt and the cold butter cut small pieces in a bowl. Knead a dough which will be given a spherical shape and will be stored in a cold place for about 1 hour.

3 Then the dough is distributed in baking forms. Prick the dough with a fork and put the baking forms in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. When it is ready, put it in a cool place and only after that it may be removed from the molds.

4 For the cream, a vanilla pudding is prepared from milk, vanilla essence, cream powder and caster sugar. Put it in a cool place.

5 The forms are filled with cream and then placed over the fruit according to the imagination. In order to have a nicer look and the fruits not to oxidize, pour over a little transparent jelly.

150 g flour
100 g butter
100 g caster sugar
1 egg
a pinch of salt
 
For the cream:
250 ml milk
1/2 vanilla pudding powder sachet
vanilla essence
1 spoonful of caster sugar
 
To garnish:
1/2 transparent jelly powder sachet
fresh or frozen forest fruit
