Muffins with cranberries and mint

Instructions
1 In a bowl, stir butter with sugar and eggs. Easily add flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Alternate with milk. At the end incorporate mint essence.
2 Use a tablespoon to pour the composition into the muffins sheets prepared. Place on top a few cranberries and put it into the oven for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
3 Remove and let cool on a metal grill. Dust with caster sugar.

1 sachet of baking powder
250 gr flour
100 ml milk
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 eggs
mint essence
100 gr sugar
50 gr cranberry
Caster sugar for dusting
