Pancakes
Instructions
1 In a large bowl, place milk, granulated sugar, essence, eggs, a pinch of salt, margarine and stir everything until smooth. Separately, stir flour with baking powder, add to the composition already prepared and keep stirring until smooth.
2 For baking use a hot pan, without oil. Pour a ladle of composition in the middle pan.
3 The composition will expand alone toward the edges of the pan, as necessary. Let the pancake fry on one side until golden brown. You can know when you must turn it on the other side as bubbles begin to appear on the surface. Attention, they cook very quickly and the fire must be slow.

450g flour
2 sachets of baking powder
A pinch of salt
3 eggs
6 full tablespoons of sugar
450 ml milk
3 teaspoons margarine or butter
apple with cinnamon essence
To garnish:
raspberry jam
whipped cream
*this dessert can be served with any jam, chocolate, Coseli topping
