Snails with nut
Instructions
1 Mix the ingredients for the dough and knead slightly for 15 minutes, then let it rise for half an hour in a worm place.
2 Spread a sheet about 0.5 cm thick on the table, with a rolling pin. Then brush with melted butter in which you add essences, and sprinkle the entire surface with nuts mixed with sugar and cocoa. Also sprinkle cinnamon. Roll up lengthwise, very tight. Form a roll out of which cut 4 cm pieces, with a string. Put the pieces in a tray in which you already put a baking paper. Allow to grow in the tray for a while, in a warm place, about 15-20 minutes.
3 Incorporate a yolk in two tablespoons of milk and brush the entire surface of each roll. Then put them in the heated oven for baking, until nicely browned.
4 Eat them warm with a cup of milk.

2 eggs
10 gr yeast
60 gr butter melted
200 ml milk lukewarm
100 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
orange essence
550 gr flour
For the filling:
250 gr ground nut kernels
150 gr sugar
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
3 tablespoons of cocoa
100 gr butter melted
coffee essence
almond essence
for coating:
1 yolk
3 tablespoons of milk
