Instructions

1 In a bowl, stir the yolks with sugar, essences and yogurt. Stir until it becomes a foam. Easily incorporate whipped stiff egg whites with a pinch of salt.

2 Lightly oil the frying pan and put four sheets of pie each coated with oil. Pour some of the composition and level. Sprinkle raisins. Repeat until you finish composition.

3 Put on top another four sheets of pie, each coated with oil. Insert the pan into the hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with a paper cloth over which put a cotton towel.

4 Cut large squares and serve the cake sprinkled with caster sugar in abundance.

1 package of pie sheets 400 gr
400 gr yogurt
5 eggs
5 tablespoons of sugar
200 gr raisins
Lemon essence

orange essence
Vanilla essence
Caster sugar for dusting
