The cream
3 Make a thicker pudding of milk and pudding powder. The milk can be successfully replaced with fruit juice. Add sugar to the taste. While the pudding is hot, add margarine, stirring well to blend.
4 Put the cake layer on a plate to soak in syrup with a little fruit syrup or water and sugar. Then, stretch pudding on the entire surface and smoothen until the cake appearance becomes pleasant. Over the pudding whipped cream can be added and it can be sprinkled with remaining crumbs of the unused layer.
Ingredients
For the cake layer:
1 cup of sugar
1 Cup of oil
1 Cup of mineral water
1 sachet of baking powder
vanilla essence
lemon essence
2 cups, not very full of flour
For the cream:
2 sachets of powder pudding with vanilla flavor
800 ml. milk or natural juice
sugar to taste
2 large tablespoons of margarine
For decoration:
whipped cream, fruit or chocolate
