Instructions

1 Put the cranberries, sugar and water in a saucepan, on the fire. Simmer until it forms a sauce. When it has thickened let cool. Hydrated the gelatin in 50 ml of water. When it became spongy put in bain-marie to dissolve. Then add the gelatin dissolved in cloudberries sauce. Allow to cool completely.

2 Stir a sachet of strawberry flavor pudding with 4 tablespoons of sugar and 10 tablespoons of milk. Put the rest of the heated milk in a saucepan. Pour the pudding composition in warm milk and stir until thickened on fire. Pour the mixture into silicone forms and let it cool completely.

3 Detach the silicon form on the serving dish by overturning. Pour a few tablespoons of cranberry sauce on each. Eat with chocolate sauce and a few teaspoons of ice-cream optional.

500 ml milk
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 sachet of pudding with strawberry flavor
200 gr cloudberries
1 sachet of gelatin
2 tablespoons of sugar
100 ml water
Chocolate sauce
